We ship the same day your order is received when you place your order by 6:00 p.m. EST (Mon-Sat). WE PROCESS ORDERS FAST! Orders over $250 require a customer signature to receive your package. Once your order is received you will receive an email with order details. Once your order is shipped you will receive another email with your tracking information so you can track your package from our warehouse to your front door.
We offer expedited shipping on all orders and you can upgrade to 2-Day (2 Business Days) or 1-Day (1 Business Day) shipping for an additional charge. REMEMBER: 2-day shipping doesn't mean you will receive the package within 48 hours of placing the order – instead, it means you will receive it within Two Business Days once the item is shipped to you (Monday-Friday).
Example: 2-day Order placed on Sunday morning, it will ship on Monday and you will receive it on Wednesday.
Standard delivery dates are Monday thru Friday (Business Days) but some services are delivering on Saturday and Sunday but those are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Priority Shipping arrives to your address in approximately 9 to 13 business days from receipt of order.
For APO/FPO shipments please include the following detailed information in your order so we can ensure it gets to you quickly.
Address 1: Grade/Rank/Rating and Full Name including middle initial.
Address 2: Unit and Unit Number, Consolidated Mail Room Number, PSC Number or Ship
