What is SSK's return policy?

Returns may be made within 30 days from the date it was shipped. The item must be unused, in new condition and in the original packaging. Customers are responsible for any return shipping fees. Please write your order number on the outside of the return box and include the order number or the original packing slip inside your return. By including your order number on the return it will allow us to process your with refund quickly. Shipping charges(if any) will be deducted from your refund.

Bats that have been used are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Bats not in original packaging and unused cannot be returned or exchanged.

How do I do an exchange?

To do an exchange you'll need to return the original item and place a new order. That way the new product will be on its way the same day you place your new order. Then return the original product for a full refund.

When can I expect my refund?

We process returns daily Monday-Friday. We process returns the day we receive it. You will get notification once your refund is processed via email. You will generally see it back on your original form of payment within 48-72 hours.

Can I return a custom bat or glove that I designed?

Custom bats and custom gloves are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
